Condition of items

Funko Pops:

Each Pop is inspected before being dispatched. In the case that a good condition pop cannot be provided, you will either be offered a discount depending on the damage, or a refund.

Please note that Funko Pop boxes are designed to transport and protect the Pop vinyls themselves; in many cases they don't even come from the manufacturer/supplier in perfect condition.

Images used to represent items are generally rendered by the manufacturer to show what they should look like. Minor paint/mould variations are not uncommon, and may differ to the finished product. Images are provided for reference only, and refunds for minor variations including lack of sticker(s) from these images will not be provided.

Stock

In Stock status means that the item is physically in stock and will be allocated to your order at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock cannot be located or is found damaged after being kept in storage.

Available to order stock status only applies to protectors in bundles. This is used as we do not have the functionality to track bundles of protectors due to system limitations. Until this is done, an easy way to check is to add the individual item to your cart and increase the QTY to the desired amount - this will show you if we have enough stock. We're working on a system update to allow bundles to decrement individual item stock.

Cancellations

Change of mind cancellations are not accepted. If a cancellation is requested and is somehow deemed acceptable on our end, we will offer a refund minus 5% of the total amount paid.

Chase Figures

  • Chase figures are NOT guaranteed.
  • Whilst purchasing more of an item with a chase variant does increase your chances, it does not guarantee you one.
  • Being a long term customer and having spent a large amount of money does not give you any advantage.
  • Chase figures are randomly distributed by blind pick, requests for a chase figure will be ignored.
  • If you receive an un-stickered Chase variant or the sticker is damaged/upside down - this is the way we received it. We cannot replace the item in these instances. It's still much better than the common version.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping is via AusPost eParcel with tracking & signature on delivery.

If you'd like your parcel(s) to be left at the door if no one is home, please use the tracking link provided once your order is shipped to select this. If authority to leave (ATL) is not requested via AusPost and delivery is attempted whilst no one is at the premises to accept delivery, a card will be left behind and you (the customer) will be responsible for any re-delivery charges/fees and/or collection from the AusPost office/depot.

Rest assured that your items will be packed with plenty of bubble wrap and/or other protection to ensure your item arrives in the same condition it leaves us in.
